By visiting the easyTVI website, you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy statement regarding the easyTVI website :

1: You understand that the easyTVI is a Marketing Website for use in promoting the TVI Express Program

2: You understand that the easyTVI is a FREE Website and you will never be asked to pay us any money at any time. We are not responsible for any costs or issues from any of the programs that we promote.

3: You agree that you have read and fully understand how the easyTVI program works.

4: You understand that none of the programs we promote are in no way affiliated with the easyTVI program and that we are a marketing website for the promotion of these programs.

5: You understand that you are fully responsible for your own decision to join any of the programs we promote or recommend to you and you do not hold us liable for any issues, financial or other, that may arise from these programs.

6: To be a part of the easyTVI program, you agree to follow the easyTVI steps and to actively promote your own personal TVI Express website.

7: You agree not to hold the easyTVI program, it's owners or any other easyTVI members responsible for any issues that you have with any of the programs that we promote.

8: You agree that you have read the relevant documentation/watched the relevant videos and fully understand the pay plan of the TVI Express programs.

9: You understand that under certain circumstances you need to provide a valid email address to us. We are not responsible for information via email that you did not receive. We always reply to an email within 24hrs, so if you have not received a reply, please first check your junk/spam folder and then contact us. Please note that these email addresses are  generally problematic for us: NetZero, Verizon, Mail and Juno. Please always try and provide a GMail account if possible. Even if you have a GMail account. always check your spam folder.

10: You understand that you are responsible for reading all emails and instructions completely.

11: You understand that we are not responsible for any website downtime that may occur.

12: We reserve the right to refuse any member to join the easyTVI program for any legitimate reason. This includes, but is not limited to; spam, e-mail abuse, system abuse etc. 

13: You understand that we only make recommendations and it is your responsibility whether you decide to follow these recommendations or not.
